SERVICE AGREEMENT
Non-Medical Support & Educational Services
1. PARTIES
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Delicato FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (the “Company”), and the individual accepting this Agreement (the “Client”).
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
The Company provides non-medical, educational, informational and emotional support services only. The Company does not provide medical services.
3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
· The Company does not diagnose, treat, prescribe medication or perform medical procedures.
4. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The exact scope of services is determined by the selected package and may be customized based on the Client’s needs.
4.1 Birth Support Package (Doula Support)
Fee: 7,000 AED
Service period: From the 38th week of pregnancy for up to one (1) month
Includes:
4.2 Childbirth Preparation Course
Fee: 3,500 AED
Format:
Invited specialist + doula + breastfeeding consultant
4.3 Postpartum Visit
Duration: 3 hours
Fee: 800 AED
Includes non-medical postpartum support, recovery guidance and adaptation assistance after childbirth.
4.4 Breastfeeding & Infant Care Support Program
Annual package
Individual consultations:

5. FEES, PREPAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
6. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by hospital policies, emergency medical decisions, restricted access to facilities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. ONLINE SERVICES
Certain services may be provided online via third-party platforms.
Online services are deemed rendered once the session has commenced.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of this Agreement via website, WhatsApp, electronic message or payment constitutes a legally binding agreement.

I confirm that I understand Delicato FZE provides non-medical support services only, and I voluntarily consent to receive such services.

- The Company is not responsible for medical outcomes, complications or emergency situations.
4. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The exact scope of services is determined by the selected package and may be customized based on the Client’s needs.
4.1 Birth Support Package (Doula Support)
Fee: 7,000 AED
Service period: From the 38th week of pregnancy for up to one (1) month

- One antenatal (prenatal) consultation
- Non-medical birth support provided by a doula
- One postpartum support visit
4.2 Childbirth Preparation Course
Fee: 3,500 AED
Format:
- Five (5) group sessions
- Each session lasts two (2) hours
- Schedule is defined individually for each group
- Physiology of childbirth
- Stages of labor and early signs of labor
- Natural pain relief techniques
- Partner preparation
- Preparation for gentle childbirth
- Postpartum period and recovery
- Breastfeeding fundamentals
- Newborn care basics

4.3 Postpartum Visit
Duration: 3 hours
Fee: 800 AED
Includes non-medical postpartum support, recovery guidance and adaptation assistance after childbirth.
4.4 Breastfeeding & Infant Care Support Program
Annual package
- Onsite: 12,000 AED
- Online: 8,000 AED
- Initial consultation (2.5 hours)
- Dedicated support chat
- Guidance and support at key stages of the child’s development throughout one (1) year
Individual consultations:
- Onsite: 1,500 AED
- Online: 1,000 AED
4.5 Combined Postpartum Support Package
Postpartum care: doula + infant care consultant
- 1 day — 2,000 AED
- 5 days — 9,500 AED
- 10 days — 17,500 AED
- 20 days — 30,000 AED
5. FEES, PREPAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
- A 50% advance payment is required upon booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid before services commence.
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the start date — refund may be issued.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the start date — no refund.
- Once services have commenced, all payments are non-refundable.
